Project summary

Designed by Lea Design Studio, this waterfront Bundall transformation turned an under-utilised backyard into a refined outdoor entertaining space featuring a freestanding lap pool, raised spa, integrated garden planters and expansive timber decking.

The project involved significant structural engineering, including 26 screw piles, 3.5 tonnes of reinforcing steel and 44 cubic metres of concrete to bring the design to life with precision and durability.

Behind the scenes, a Hayward OmniLogic automation system keeps maintenance to a minimum, while a TriStar 10-Star energy-rated variable speed pump paired with an EvoHeat DHP 603-R heat pump delivers exceptional energy efficiency for year-round enjoyment.
