Project summary
This alluring 10.2 by 5.8 metre pool is a collaboration with Total Vision Design Architects. It combines a fully-tiled interior with a wet-edge design that uses a cantilevered reservoir to capture pool water as it overflows and is gravity-fed into a holding tank before being recirculated through the filtration system.
Water tanks are used to harvest rain for automatic water level top up, making this pool as sustainable and as it is stunning.
The generous dimensions of the pool match the scale of the two-storey home and, by locating the pool off-centre, still allows a large grassed area where children can play. Landscaping with mature trees completes the sense of privacy and opulence.
