Lea Design Studio had the vision to transform the rear of this waterfront Bundall home (see before pictures) into an epic lap pool, spa and entertaining deck.
This freestanding lap pool and raised spa with planters required extensive structural engineering, involving 26 screw piles, 3.5 tonnes of reinforcing steel, and 44 cubic metres of concrete.
Behind the scenes, a Hayward OmniLogic Automation system means this pool demands little maintenance. Meanwhile, a Hayward TriStar 10-Star energy rated variable speed pump and EvoHeat DHP 603-R heat pump, makes this pool incredibly efficient so that the family can maximise their enjoyment.
