SANCTUARY COVE PROJECT
Another collaboration with luxury residential architect Paul Clout, this award-winning pool is literally the centrepiece of the home, wrapping around the outdoor entertaining area like a pristine lagoon. The pool is constructed against the curved wall of the home's basement level and includes two mesmerising porthole windows, as well as stone water features and integrated planters.
The complexity of this pool’s design demanded detailed structural and engineering analyses to ensure that the pool adds no load to the home’s foundation. The result is as technically impressive as it is alluring.
