RUNAWAY BAY PROJECT
Designed in collaboration with luxury home designer Paul Clout, this unique, curving 23-metre lap pool is 1.25 to 1.70 metres deep, with swim-up and sitting benches, dive deck, automated in-floor cleaning, automated water management system, solar pool heating, frameless glass panel fencing, travertine paving and sun deck.

To account for its length and shape, the pool was engineered and constructed in two sections that anchor the structure approximately 4.5 metres below the canal water level on 37 screw piers. The easterly position takes advantage of morning sun while LED niche lighting transforms the pool into a crystal lagoon at night.
We found Jamie a pleasure to work with and always professional. In addition, he continues to make himself available. Jamie recommended the in-floor cleaning system (given the length and depth of the pool), and it has been one of the best investments we made.
